Craig, thank you for your professional service. It's amazing how you orchestrated appraisals and home inspections in a very timely manner. You were very sensitive to our home buying needs. Your answered every question we asked, and knew exactly what type of home we were looking for. You are very easy to work with, and took a lot of home buying worries off our back. We appreciate all the work you're done in purchasing our primary home, and our rental house. We highly recommend you to other people, because you work very hard four your clients.

Craig Barr, with ERA Brokers, is the right person for the job!
Thanks to all his expertise and the necessary tools Craig provided us, we just sold our home. Craig walked us through every step of the way, taking the time to explain every minuscule detail. We never felt rushed during our face to face meetings and gave us all the time we needed to alleviate our concerns. No matter what question we had, he was punctual with his response, either by phone or text. He was also a man of his word! If he said he would follow up with us within a particular time frame, you can be rest assured that he kept his promise.
The marketing of our home is what sold it! Craig has twenty six steps he outlines in his action plan and he follows every one. He took advantage of the influx of tourists who were visiting St. George for the Huntsman’s Games and for the Marathon.
On a personal note, Craig is very contemporary, positive, upbeat, and possesses a professional easy going manner. Craig really does live up to his motto – Raising the ‘Barr’ in Real Estate. With another house to sell in the future, we will DEFINITELY have Craig handle the transaction.
